Ark Of Rehabilitation Inc Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is a non-24-hour diversionary treatment program that is a community-based. The program provides diagnostic and clinical treatment services on a level of intensity like an inpatient program, but on less than a 24-hour basis. Treatment Focuses on stabilization, symptom reduction, and skill development, allowing individuals to continue living at home while receiving intensive treatment.
Individual, group counseling Program (PHP) offers a highly structured, intensive level of care for individuals experiencing significant mental health challenges—without the need for overnight hospitalization. PHP serves as a vital bridge between inpatient treatment and outpatient services, providing comprehensive support while allowing clients to return home each day.

Services require:
An initial medical and/or psychological necessity determination establish medical necessity for partial hospitalization upon admission and certifies:
• Inpatient care would be necessary if partial hospitalization was not provided.
• Services are provided under the care of licensed medical professional or practitioner.
• Require a written plan of care assessments required within 24 hours of admission
• Physical examination within 24 hours of admission completed by a qualified licensed health care practitioner

1. Completed within seven (7) days of admission
2. Modified/ reviewed when major changes occur or at least every 14 days

Who Do Partial Hospitalization Programs Serve?

In teams of level of treatment, AORI partial hospitalization is a step below inpatient hospitalization. But it is more intense than conventional outpatient care.
