Policy:
To ensure the safety and holistic care of our clients it is imperative that the clinician and prescribing doctor are aware of all current medications that a client is taking or prescribed as well as if they are or become involved in any type of drug treatment. Upon intake all clients will be asked specifics of their medication and status of any drug treatment. During treatment, the therapist and prescriber will consistently check as about and address any medication changes or additions to the client’s regimen.
This is a 4-week, 12 session structured program for adults ages, 18+ with a focus on consumers with addictions, co-occurring, and general mood and anxiety disorders. Participants attend groups sessions for 3 hours /2-3 days a week (M, W, F (12:30-3:30) and a weekly individual session.
🌀 Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed for individuals who need structured mental health support beyond traditional outpatient therapy but do not require 24-hour inpatient care. This level of care is ideal for clients transitioning from hospitalization or those seeking a higher level of support while maintaining their daily responsibilities.

- Adults and adolescents experiencing moderate to severe mental health symptoms
- Individuals stepping down from inpatient or partial hospitalization programs.
- Clients needing more support than weekly therapy can provide

We use evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care to help clients build resilience, develop coping skills, and achieve long-term stability.
